g999 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the g999 website at g999.cam, including all pages, services, games, betting markets, and features accessible through it.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is aged 18 or above.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone used by g999 for all time-sensitive operations.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of g999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Players without exception. g999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

To register an Account and use the g999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. g999 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 18. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be the registered account holder and be acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is unlawful.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of g999, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless express written permission has been granted by g999.
• You must not be self-excluded from g999 or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement.

To use the real-money betting and casino services on g999, you must register an Account. The following rules apply to the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or using fictitious identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. g999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Identity verification (KYC): g999 may require you to submit identity documents — including a copy of your Bangladeshi National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — before processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing account verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Contact details: A valid email address and mobile number are required for Account registration. g999 uses these to send account notifications, security alerts, and promotional communications (where opted in).

g999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your g999 Balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. g999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• g999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account.
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in your own name and matching the identity on your g999 Account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. You will be asked to upload a valid government-issued ID. Withdrawals for unverified accounts will be held pending successful KYC completion.
• Verified withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• g999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or are flagged by our fraud detection systems. Such checks are conducted in accordance with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering standards.

g999 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Players should review these terms before accepting any bonus.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Only winnings generated from bonus play, after completion of the wagering requirement, are transferable to the withdrawable Balance.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible Player, household, IP address, and payment method, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your Bonus Balance.
• g999 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given, but g999 is not obligated to provide notice of changes to ongoing promotions.
• g999 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and close any Account where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has attempted to abuse, manipulate, or exploit any bonus or promotion.
• Promotional offers are intended for recreational Players only. g999 may, at its discretion, restrict or exclude any Player from certain promotions.

The following general betting rules apply to all sportsbook markets on g999. Specific rules for individual sports (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and others) are published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. g999 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a system error.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player unless a cash-out option is explicitly available and selected prior to the relevant event concluding.
• For cricket markets, g999 follows standard industry rules regarding rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) calculations, match abandonments, and player withdrawals. Details are published in the cricket betting rules.
• In-play (live) betting odds update in real time. There may be brief delays between the occurrence of an event and the corresponding odds adjustment; any bets placed during such a delay may be voided at g999's discretion if the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.
• g999 reserves the right to impose bet limits on any market, sport, Player, or event at any time. Players with consistently high winning records may have their maximum bet limits adjusted.
• Bets placed using funds identified as originating from fraudulent, money-laundering, or otherwise illegal activity will be voided and the relevant Account closed.

For casino games (live casino and slots), all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. g999 does not manipulate casino game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information panels within the lobby.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players to exploit betting markets or casino game mechanics for profit.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical glitches in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any content, data, or software from the Platform.
• Providing access to the Platform to any person who is under 18 years of age or who is self-excluded.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward g999 staff or other users of the Platform.
• Using any payment method that does not belong to you or making deposits from third-party accounts.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN or other means of circumventing geographical restrictions.

g999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Account for any illegal purpose.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted to g999 support.
• A legal requirement, court order, or request from a regulatory or law enforcement body.

Upon closure of an Account for legitimate reasons unrelated to policy breach, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, g999 reserves the right to withhold the entire Balance, including real-money funds, pending investigation. Players wishing to dispute an Account closure decision should contact support at [email protected].

All content on the g999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of g999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any automated data collection tools (scrapers, bots, spiders) to extract data from the Platform.
• Display, mirror, or frame any portion of the Platform on another website or service without prior written consent from g999.

g999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. g999 will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit g999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

g999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at g999.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

g999 uses your personal data to:

• Administer your Account and verify your identity.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Comply with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer obligations.
• Send you account-related notifications and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
